1 Corinthians 7:9

KJV: But if they cannot contain let them marry for it is better to marry than to burn

GK: ει δε ουκ εγκρατεύονται γαμησάτωσαν κρείσσον γαρ εστι γαμήσαι η πυρούσθαι

1 Corinthians 11:17

KJV: Now in this that I declare I praise not that ye come together not for the better but for the worse

GK: τούτο δε παραγγέλλων ουκ επαινώ ότι ουκ εις το κρείττον αλλ΄ εις το ήττον συνέρχεσθε

1 Corinthians 12:31

KJV: But covet earnestly the best gifts and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way

GK: ζηλούτε δε τα χαρίσματα τα κρείττονα και έτι καθ΄ υπερβολήν οδόν υμίν δείκνυμι
