Matthew 6:5

KJV: And when thou prayest thou shalt not be as the hypocrites for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets that they may be seen of men Verily I say unto you They have their reward

GK: και όταν προσεύχη ουκ έση ώσπερ οι υποκριταί ότι φιλούσιν εν ταις συναγωγαίς και εν ταις γωνίαις των πλατειών εστώτες προσεύχεσθαι όπως αν φανώσι τοις ανθρώποις αμήν λέγω υμίν ότι απέχουσι τον μισθόν αυτών

Matthew 21:42

KJV: Jesus saith unto them Did ye never read in the scriptures The stone which the builders rejected the same is become the head of the corner this is the Lord’s doing and it is marvellous in our eyes

GK: λέγει αυτοίς ο Ιησούς ουδέποτε ανέγνωτε εν ταις γραφαίς λίθον ον απεδοκίμασαν οι οικοδομούντες ούτος εγένηθη εις κεφαλήν γωνίας παρά κυρίου εγένετο αύτη και έστι θαυμαστή εν οφθαλμοίς ημών

Mark 12:10

GK: ουδέ την γραφήν ταύτην ανέγνωτε λίθον ον απεδοκίμασαν οι οικοδομούντες ούτος εγενήθη εις κεφαλήν γωνίας

Luke 20:17

KJV: And he beheld them and said What is this then that is written The stone which the builders rejected the same is become the head of the corner

GK: ο εμβλέψας αυτοίς είπεν τι ούν εστι το γεγραμμένον τούτο λίθον ον απεδοκίμασαν οι οικοδομούντες ούτος εγενήθη εις κεφαλήν γωνίας

Acts 4:11

KJV: This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders which is become the head of the corner

GK: ούτός εστιν ο λίθος ο εξουθενηθείς υφ υμών των οικοδομούντων ο γενόμενος εις κεφαλήν γωνίας

Acts 26:26

KJV: For the king knoweth of these things before whom also I speak freely for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him for this thing was not done in a corner

GK: επίσταται γαρ περί τούτων ο βασιλεύς προς ον και παρρησιαζόμενος λαλώ λανθάνειν γαρ αυτόν τι τούτων ου πείθομαι ουδέν ου γαρ εν γωνία πεπραγμένον τούτο

1 Peter 2:7

KJV: Unto you therefore which believe precious but unto them which be disobedient the stone which the builders disallowed the same is made the head of the corner

GK: υμίν ούν η τιμή τοις πιστεύουσιν απειθούσι δε λίθον ον απεδοκίμασαν οι οικοδομούντες ούτος εγενήθη εις κεφαλήν γωνίας

Revelation 7:1

KJV: And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth holding the four winds of the earth that the wind not blow on the earth nor on the sea nor on any tree

GK: και μετά τούτο είδον τέσσαρας αγγέλους εστώτας επί τας τεσσάρας γωνίας της γης κρατούντας τους τέσσαρας ανέμους της γης ίνα μη πνέη άνεμος επί της γης μήτε επί της θαλάσσης μήτε επί παν δένδρον

Revelation 20:8

KJV: And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth Gog and Magog to gather them together to battle the number of whom as the sand of the sea

GK: και εξελεύσεται πλανήσαι τα έθνη τα εν ταις τέσσαρσι γωνίαις της γης τον Γωγ και τον Μαγώγ συναγαγείν αυτούς εις τον πόλεμον ων ο αριθμός ως η άμμος της θαλάσσης
